Médiathèque Rolland-Plaisance et Bibliothèque patrimoniale d'Évreux

Resolutely contemporary, but warm and light, the multimedia library attracts a numerous public. The design of the building has favoured the open spaces, the movement of the publics and the decompartmentalization of the sections.
The spaces of the multimedia library are split among 6 levels and propose collections of multi-materials (books, magazines/journals, CD, DVD, video, CD-ROM…), a wide range of services (language laboratory, toy library, art library, study room of 80 seats…) and spaces of activities (auditorium Xénaxis for movies showing, the « bubble » tale room, conferences room…) To note : network of libraries.
