Le Vol au Vent

A small traditional restaurant located in a charming village in the Eure valley, the Vol au Vent has a classic setting. What's best here is the food: tasty local produce beautifully plated and enhanced by the chef, Philippe Faron. Not surprising when you know he is part of the Norman Chefs Association "Toques Normandes" and so he knows all about terroir! One last thing: if you are keen on vols-au-vent, then Chambray is worth a detour!
